You can have beautiful eye makeup if you remember these important steps!
First, remember to use a light, cover up base around the eyes, blending with foundation. Be sure and powder that down, with some light, very fine, translucent powder.
Next, you should build your color in layers, starting with light base shades, then darker, then color pops. Blend all of it together with a good brush.
